大型外浮顶储罐的安全附件是储罐中十分重要的部件,储罐运营单位及检验单位往往更多关注储罐本体而忽视安全附件损坏、失效带来的安全隐患.笔者通过调研多家储罐运营单位的大型外浮顶储罐检验、维修记录,发现许多储罐是由于中央排水管、浮舱密封等附件损坏、失效导致无法按正常检修周期实施检验而提前停车.本文阐述了大型外浮顶储罐安全附件结构形式及其检查重点,列举了多个外浮顶安全附件的常见问题,以期为企业加强对安全附件的自查和维护保养提供一定的参考作用.

Large external floating roof storage tank safety accessories are very important parts of the tank.Tank operators and inspection units are often more concerned about the tank body and ignore the potential safety hazards caused by the damage and failure of safety accessories By investigating the inspection and maintenance records of large-scale external floating roof tanks of several tank operators,it is found that many storage tanks can not be inspected according to the normal maintenance cycle due to the damage and failure of accessories such as central drain pipe and floating cabin seal.This paper describes the structure and inspection focus of the large external floating roof storage tank safety accessories,lists a number of common problems of external floating roof safety accessories,which facilitates strengthening self^inspection and maintenance of safety accessories for enterprises.
