摘要
随着锅炉燃烧介质种类不断丰富,SA-213MTP347H应用越来越广泛.本文主要通过对SA-213M TP347H奥氏体不锈钢钢管在不同应变条件、不同热处理状态下进行的工艺试验,重点检测试件样本弯头处的硬度、金相及微观晶粒度等,并对获得的数据进行对比分析,从而找到一种经济可行的SA-213MTP347H奥氏体不锈钢弯头弯后热处理方法,确保SA-213M TP347H奥氏体不锈钢管弯后的机械性能及抗腐蚀性能.
The SA-213M TP347H pipe has been used widely by the variety of the boiler's fuel.The article emphasized to test and compare the SA-213M TP347H pipe's hardness,grain size and microscopic structure etc.,analysed the the properties with the different level forming strains and heat treatment methods,tried to find an economic and effective post-bending heat treatment method for SA-213M TP347H pipe,insuring mechanical properties and anti-corrosion capabilities of the SA-213M TP347H pipe after cold bending.
