低速下电梯永磁同步曳引机的优化测速方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于低分辨率光电编码器的永磁同步曳引机驱动技术是一种既可保证电梯运行性能,又能提高其控制系统经济性与可靠性的转子测速方法,得到业界广泛关注.本文构建了曳引机的数学模型与矢量控制方案,量化了测速误差与光电编码器分辨率之间的关系,阐明了低分辨率光电编码器影响电梯低速运行性能的原因,在此基础上重点研究了基于插值法、观测器法和滤波器法等测速优化方案,最后总结了各测速方案的优缺点与有待解决的问题. The low-resolution photoelectric encoder based driver technology can not only guarantee the permanent magnet synchronous tractor(PMST)operation performance,but also can effectively improve the system economy and enhance its reliability,which has attracted widespread attention in the elevator industry.The mathematical model of the PMST as well as its vector control scheme are established in this paper.The relationship between the speed measurement error and the encoder resolution is quantitatively analyzed to clarify the reasons why the low-resolution encoder affects the low speed operation performance of the PMST.On this basis,the rotor speed measurement optimization strategies,such as interpolation method,observer method and synchronous frame filter method,are emphatically researched.Finally,the advantages plus disadvantages of each method and the problems to be solved are summarized.
