一种单晶直探头检测时确定表面耦合损失补偿的全新方法

摘要 本文通过探讨现有超声检测法中单晶直探头底波计算法在板材、锻件实际检测上存在的不方便之处,提出了"完全底波计算法"和"非完全底波计算法"的概念及其实现方法,设计了常用直探头适用底波计算法的基础大平底面试块,推演出了1种确定表面耦合损失补偿量的全新方法,解决了超声检测时实测表面耦合损失补偿量异常烦琐的难题,以期为设计、制造更加实用的超声波检测仪器提供借鉴. This paper puts forward the concept of"'complete bottom wave calculation^^and"incomplete bottom wave calculation method^,and its implementation method by exploring the inconvenience of the single crystal straight probe bottom wave calculation method in the current ultrasonic detection method in the actual detection of plates and forgings.The basic large flat bottom interview block of the commonly used direct probe applied to the bottom wave calculation method is pushed and a new method is performed to determine the compensation amount of surface coupling loss,which solves the difficult problem of unusually cumbersome compensation for surface coupling loss when ultrasonic detection.It is hoped to provide reference for designing and manufacturing more practical ultrasonic detection instruments.
