针对困扰行业内多年的"大型游乐设施使用寿命"问题,本文溯源问题由来,充分考虑工作实际,分别从大型游乐设施设计、制造、安装、使用、检验、监察多个工作角度对目前的具体实施动作进行全面梳理,以各环节责任主体作为研究对象,结合实际场景描述各责任主体对解决"使用寿命"问题所面临的困境,并尝试提出解决建议,从政策层面妥善协调分配安全责任,切实保障大型游乐设施延寿的工作质量.

In view of the problem of"service life of large amusement rides"that has plagued the industry for many years,this paper comprehensively sorts out the problems of large amusement rides from the aspects of design,manufacturing,installation,use,inspection and supervision,describes the difficulties faced by all parties of solving the problem of"service life",and tries to put forward solutions for properly coordinating and allocating the safety responsibilities at the policy level,in order to make large amusement rides safe.
