摘要
余热锅炉中的受热面管长期受烟气冲刷、汽水腐蚀和热偏差等影响,导致管材磨损氧化严重,初期如果未及时发现则会引发爆管泄漏事故.本文针对某炼油厂余热锅炉上蒸发器管出现的穿孔泄漏现象,进行割断取样分析,利用金相组织分析和能谱分析等手段,研究其管材失效原因.该研究可为余热锅炉受热面管安全的初期预防提供技术支持.
The heat recovery boiler pipes have been affected by flue gas erosion,soda water corrosion and thermal deviation for a long time,resulting in serious wear and oxidation.If it is not found in time in the early stage,it will lead to tube explosion and leakage accident.Therefore,in this paper,in order to investigate the perforation leakage phenomenon of the upper evaporator tube of a heat recovery boiler,the cutting and sampling analysis was carried out,and the reasons for pipeline failure were studied by using metallographic structure and energy spectrum analysis.It aims to provide technical support for initial prevention of waste heat boiler pipelines safety.
