基于水质变化的供热采暖管路设计

摘要 供热管道内部淤泥堆积不仅会造成供热温度不足,还会造成锅炉过热、仪表失灵、动力损耗增大.本文分析了供热管网内泥渣的主要来源,并对目前热力系统设计普遍存在的问题进行了调研,提出了在管路设计时设置扩容沉降装置或下旁通过滤,在管道底部及仪表部位设置可拆卸结构,以及开发快开门式过滤器和低流阻滤网等解决管道堵塞的几点建议. Silt accumulation in heating pipelines will not only cause insufficient heating temperature,but also cause boiler overheating,instrument failure and loss of power increasing.In this paper,the main sources of sludge in heating pipe network are analyzed,the common problems in the design of heating system are investigated,several suggestions for removing blockage of pipelines are put forward,such as setting up expansion settlement devices or lower side filters,setting up removable structures at the bottom of pipelines and instrument parts,and developing fast open filters and low flow・resistance filter screens.
