滑石粉含量对ABS/PLA合金力学性能及其耐热性能的影响研究

摘要 使用熔融共混法制备了以滑石粉为成核剂的ABS/PLA合金,研究了滑石粉含量对ABS/PLA合金力学性能和耐热性能的影响,同时研究了滑石粉含量对PLA的结晶行为的影响;结果表明:随着滑石粉含量的增加,ABS/PLA合金的弯曲强度和弯曲模量逐渐增加,但是其拉伸强度和冲击强度变化不是很明显,特别的其热变形温度随着滑石粉含量的增加逐渐增加;通过DSC测试结果可知,是因为滑石粉促进了PLA的结晶,提高了ABS/PLA合金的耐热性能. The ABS/PLA alloy with talc powder as nucleating agent was prepared by melt blending method. The influence of talc content on the mechanical properties and heat resistance of ABS/PLA alloy was studied. At the same time, the crystallization behavior of talc powder was studied. The results show that: with the increase of talc content, the flexural strength and flexural modulus of ABS/PLA alloy gradually increased,while the change in tensile strength and impact strength is not obvious. Notably, the thermal deformation temperature gradually increased with the content of talc powder increasing. From DSC test results, it’s obtained that the talc powder promoted the crystallization of PLA and improved the heat resistance of ABS/PLA alloy.
