摘要
金属有机框架材料是由金属离子或离子簇连接有机配体而形成的杂化多孔材料。近年来,金属有机框架凭借高孔隙率、大比表面积和结构的多样性,在过去几年中作为生物医用材料受到了广泛关注。光动力治疗和光热治疗因副作用小且无侵袭性而成为肿瘤治疗新手段。本文主要介绍了MOFs材料作为癌症光疗平台的研究进展并对未来金属有机框架材料在肿瘤光疗上的发展做出了展望。
Metal-organic framework(MOF) materials are hybrid porous materials formed by metal ions/ion clusters connecting organic ligands. Due to their high porosity, large specific surface area and structural diversity, MOFs have received much attention recently as biomedical materials, especially in photodynamic therapy and photothermal therapy which have become new methods for tumor treatment because the small side effects and non-invasive nature. This paper mainly introduces the research progress of MOFs materials as cancer phototherapy platform and prospects the development of MOF materials in cancer phototherapy in the future.
