负压吸引器联合输液加压袋在盆腔囊性肿块介入治疗中的应用

The study of combined application of negative pressure aspirator and infusion pressure bag in the interventional treatment of pelvic cystic masses.

目的探讨负压吸引器与输液加压袋联合应用在减少人为因素对盆腔囊性肿块介入治疗的影响以及优势。方法将负压吸引器与输液加压袋联合应用于盆腔囊肿模型超声介入治疗模拟实验,并与传统注射器进行比较,每种方式各30个模型。结果并发症:联合应用组并发症发生率明显低于传统组(P<0.05);联合应用组的治疗效率较高:抽吸时间和总时间均比传统组短(P<0.05)。结论负压吸引器与输液加压袋联合应用可以使盆腔囊性肿块介入治疗更稳定、更安全、更高效。

Objective To investigate the combined application of negative pressure aspirator and infusion pres-sure bag in reducing the influence of human factors on interventional treatment of pelvic cystic masses and its advantages.Methods The negative pressure aspirator and the infusion pressure bag were used in the simulation experiment of ultra-sonic interventional treatment of the pelvic cyst model,and compared with the traditional syringe.Each method was per-formed on 30 models.Results The incidence of complications in the combined group was significantly less than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency was significantly higher in the combined group,with signifi-cantly shorter inhalation time and total time(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of negative pressure aspirator and infusion pressure bag can make the interventional treatment of pelvic cystic masses more stable,safer and efficient.
