Research on Anti-poverty and Common Prosperity in Ethnic Minority Areas Since Reform and Opening Up:Review and Prospect

反贫困是实现共同富裕不可或缺的重要一环。摆脱贫困继而走向共同富裕是中华民族的崇高理想,是中国人民几千年来的孜孜追求。文章梳理和总结了改革开放以来学术界关于民族地区反贫困与共同富裕问题的研究,将其大致划分为改革开放至十八大、十八大至2020年、2020年以来三个研究阶段,在从研究主题、研究范式等不同侧面对上述三个阶段的研究成果进行回顾与分析的基础上,提出了在全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程背景下,进一步深化和拓展民族地区反贫困与共同富裕研究的思考和建议。

Anti poverty is an indispensable part of the road to common prosperity. Getting rid of poverty and then moving towards common prosperity is the lofty ideal of the Chinese nation and the diligent pursuit of the Chinese people for thousands of years. This paper combs and summarizes the academic research on anti-poverty and common prosperity in ethnic minority areas since the reform and opening up, and roughly divides it into three research stages: from the reform and opening up to the 18th National Congress, from the18th National Congress to 2020 and since 2020. Based on the review and analysis of the research results of the above three stages from different aspects of research themes and research paradigms, This paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on further deepening and expanding the research on anti-poverty and common prosperity in ethnic minority areas under the background of the new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.
