新中国的发展道路,并非西方话语体系中“西方中心观”和“中国中心观”的发展模式,而是基于“中国的中国观”提出的“双结构”发展模式。“双结构”以中国结构为主,以国际结构为辅,二者双向互动,推动着新中国从站起来到站稳。当前,“双结构”发展模式和“双循环”新发展格局相呼应,共同推动着中国经济社会行稳致远。以“中国的中国观”与西方话语体系进行对话,不仅有利于走出西方话语体系,还有利于建构中国学派,坚定“四个自信”。

The development path of New China is not the development model of“Western-centered view” and“China-centered view”in the Western discourse system, but the“dual structure”development model based on“China’s view of China”. The“dual structure”is based on the Chinese structure and supplemented by the international structure. The two interact with each other to promote the new China from standing up to standingfirm. At present, the “dual structure”development model and the “dual cycle” new development pattern are echoing, and jointly promote China’s economic and social stability and long-term development. Dialogue with the Western discourse system based on the“Chinese View of China”is not only conducive to getting out of the Western discourse system, but also conducive to building a Chinese school and strengthening the“four self-confidence.”
