基于中国知网国内近20年地方性氟中毒研究文献计量学可视化分析 被引量:3

Endemic fluorosis in China in recent 20 years based on CNKI visual analysis of bibliometrics

摘要 目的 掌握国内近20年地方性氟中毒领域研究点及动向,为该领域今后发展和变化趋势提供科学依据。方法 以中国知网(CNKI)为数据来源,将时间设定于2000-01-01/2020-12-31,对主题含“地方性氟中毒”或“地氟病”的文献进行检索,检索结果导入Citespace软件对其开展文献计量及可视化分析。结果 共获得“地方性氟中毒”主题文献1 742篇,发文量最多的期刊是《中华地方病学杂志》(430篇),发文量最多的作者是陈培忠(61篇),发文量最多的机构是吉林省地方病第一防治研究所(25篇),各机构之间缺乏合作,“效果评价”、“结果评价”和“改水工程”等是今后研究热点。结论 我国地方性氟中毒研究论文发文量有所减少,研究热点稳中有变,应加强地氟病人才队伍建设,加大卫生部门与科研机构之间合作,进一步巩固防治成效。 Objective To master the research points and trends in the field of endemic fluorosis in China in recent 20 years in order to provide scientific basis for the future development of this field.Methods We searched for the literature with the theme of “endemic fluorosis” published in CNKI from 2000-01-01/2020-12-31.The search results were imported into CiteSpace software for bibliometric and visual analysis.Results A total of 1 742 articles on the theme of endemic fluorosis were obtained.The Journal of Chinese endemic diseases(430 articles) had the largest number of articles,the author Chen Peizhong(61 articles) published the largest number of articles,and the Institute of the First Prevention and Control of Endemic Diseases in Jilin Province(25 articles) had the largest number of articles.There was a lack of cooperation among various institutions.Effect evaluation,result evaluation and water improvement project will be the research hotspots in the future.Conclusions The number of papers on endemic fluorosis has decreased,and the research hotspots have changed steadily in China.We should strengthen the construction of talent team of endemic fluorosis,increase the cooperation between health departments and scientific research institutions,and further consolidate the effectiveness of prevention and control.
