新形势下防震减灾科普宣传的对策建议--以云南省地震局疫情防控期间防震减灾科普宣传实践为例

疫情防控在未来一段时期内可能会成为常态,防震减灾科普宣传面临新形势,有了新要求,迎接新挑战。本文以云南省地震局在疫情防控期间开展防震减灾科普宣传实践为例,总结经验、分析问题,提出了抓住全媒体时代发展契机,谋求合作形成宣传合力,找准需求提升引力,形成规范、扩大推广,把握好线下科普集中发力宣传的契机和方式等新形势下优化防震减灾科普宣传的对策建议。

Epidemic prevention and control will become the norm for some time to come,and popularization of earthquake preparedness and disaster reduction will face new situations,new requirements and new challenges.This paper takes the popularization practice of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction carried out by The Seismological Bureau of Yunnan Province during the epidemic prevention and control period as an example,summarizes experience and analyzes problems,and proposes to seize the development opportunity of the era of all media,seek cooperation to form publicity synergy,identify demand to enhance gravity,form norms to expand promotion.Grasp the opportunities and ways of offline popularization of science and optimize the popularization of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction under the new situation.
