全钒液流储能电站预防性事故排氢通风设计

Study on Preventive Accident Ventilation Design for Removing Hydrogen of the Vanadium Redox Flow Battery Energy Storage Power Plant

摘要 全钒液流电池在运行时会产生氢气,为了保证人员及设备的安全,提出了预防性事故通风系统,设计了两个通风方案。方案一是在储罐层和电堆层分别设置独立的预防性事故通风系统;方案二是在两层之间的楼板上设置大量格栅,使上下贯通成为一个大空间,设置一套预防性事故通风系统。结果表明:方案二更安全可靠,通风效果更好。 In order to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment,apreventive accident ventilation system is proposed,and two ventilation schemes are designed.Scheme one is to set up independent preventive accident ventilation systems in the storage tank layer and the stack layer.Scheme two is to set a large number of grids on the floor slab between the two floors to make the upper and lower through into a large space,and set up a set of preventive accident ventilation system.The results show that scheme two is safer and more reliable,and the ventilation effect is better.
