摘要
以“职业院校”“教师评价”为主题,对发表于2011-2021年的163篇高质量文献进行计量分析,采用关键词共现网络、聚类以及时间线等知识图谱方法,从基本分布、主题网络和前沿变迁分析了职业院校教师评价研究的现状特征;提炼了职业院校教师评价研究的焦点问题,包括“价值立场”“理论基础”“现实困境”“内容指标”“改进策略”;研判了职业院校教师评价研究的发展进路,即研究目的由“绩效管理”走向“组织效能与个体发展”相协调,研究内容从窄化的“体系建构”走向宽泛的“综合研究”,研究对象由“高职教师主导”转向“中高职教师一体化”,研究方式由“计量模型主导”转向“量化与质性混合研究”。
Taking“vocational colleges”and“teacher evaluation”as the theme,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of 163 high-quality documents published from 2011 to 2021,and analyzes the current situation and characteristics of teacher evaluation research in vocational colleges from the basic distribution,theme networks and frontier changes by using the knowledge map methods such as keyword co-occurrence network,clustering and timeline.It refines the focus issues of teachers’evaluation research in vocational colleges,including“value position”“theoretical basis”“practical dilemma”“content index”and“improvement strategy”.The development approach of teacher evaluation research in vocational colleges is studied and judged,that is,the research purpose is from“performance management”to“coordination of organizational effectiveness and individual development”,the research content is from“system construction”to“comprehensive research”,the research object is from“higher vocational teacher subject”to“integration of secondary and higher vocational teachers”,and the research method is from“measurement model leading”to“mixed research”.
