“学习质量取向”的本科教学改革:特征、困境及其突破 被引量:7

摘要 本科教学改革的目标是提升学生学习质量。“学习质量取向”的本科教学改革具有关切学生学习获得感、倡导“学习中心”的学习范式、强调办学资源为学生学习服务等特征。当前我国本科教学改革正面临教育质量观的理解褊狭化、人才培养模式的路径依赖化、教育质量保障的措施乏力化的发展困境。突破当前本科教学改革质量困境的路径在于优化人才培养质量观、推动人才培养模式的范式转型、增强学习质量保障举措的力度。 The goal of undergraduate teaching reform is to improve students’learning quality.The undergraduate teaching reform of“learning quality orientation”has the features of paying attention to students’sense of learning acquisition,advocating the“learning centered”learning paradigm,and emphasizing school running resources to serve students’learning.However,the current undergraduate teaching reform in China is facing the development dilemmas of narrow understanding of the concept of educational quality,path dependence of talent training mode and weak measures to ensure learning quality.The way to break through the quality dilemmas of the current undergraduate teaching reform is to optimize the concept of talent training quality,promote the paradigm transformation of talent training mode,and strengthen the strength of learning quality assurance measures.
