摘要
基于我国高校创新人才培养的时代发展诉求,借鉴野中郁次郎的知识创新模型,结合其所蕴含的知识观、教学观和师生观,通过构建起以培育知识创新精神为灵魂、以形成知识创新思维为重点、以生产和生活实践领域为教学情境、以个体创新与群体创新相依相促的平等和谐为教学氛围的高校研究型教学模式,为高校创新型人才的培养提供可能的借鉴意义。
Based on the development needs of the times for the cultivation of innovative talents in China’s colleges and universities,learn from Ikujiro Nonaka’s knowledge innovation model,combined with its knowledge view,teaching view and teacher-student view,through the construction of a teaching situation with cultivating knowledge innovation spirit as the soul,focusing on the formation of knowledge innovation thinking,taking the field of production and life practice as the teaching situation,and taking the equality and harmony of individual innovation and group innovation as the teaching atmosphere,we can build a research-based teaching model in Colleges and universities,so as to provides possible reference significance for the cultivation of innovative talents in Colleges and universities.
