摘要
以结果为基础的教育力图以最终成果为目标的反向设计,实现确定所有迈向最终成果的教学的适切性。OBE理念下的教学目标编写的现实问题大致有三点,即目标导向“转移化”、目标分类“盲从化”和目标表述“笼统化”。针对这些问题,要做到稳中思变——外求共鸣,内求精深,坚守目标达成;聚焦本源——外化培养目标,内聚毕业要求,提炼目标结构;内外兼修——外显预设行为,内达生成层级,优化目标表述。不断践行、改进、形成教学的持续发展力。
Outcome-based education seeks to reverse design for the goal of the final outcome,and to realize the appropriateness of all the teaching towards the final outcome.There are three practical problems in teaching objective compilation under the concept of OBE:the“transfer”of goal orientation,the“blind following”of goal classification and the“generalization”of goal expression.In view of these problems,we should think about change in stability—seek resonance outside,seek depth inside,and stick to the goal;focus on the source—externalize the training goal,cohere the graduation requirement,and refine the goal structure;modify both internal and external—explicit preset behavior,internalized generation level,optimize objective expression.We should constantly practice,improve and form the sustainable development of teaching.
