摘要
同行评议是高校教师教学评价的重要方式之一,事关教师专业发展和学生学习成效。文章以教学学术为理论支撑,通过对加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学教师教学同行评议的管理机构与评价主体、评价内容与指标体系、评价方式与评价程序抽丝剥茧地进行分析,提出优化我国高校教师教学同行评议的路径:健全评价机构管理,加强同行评议队伍建设;规范同行评议过程,细化同行评议指标;落实教学学术导向,完善同行评议制度。
Peer review is one of the most important ways of teaching evaluation of college teachers,which is related to the quality of teaching,the direction of teacher development and the effectiveness of student learning.Based on the theoretical support of teaching academics,through the analysis of the management organization and evaluation subject,evaluation content and indicator system,evaluation form and evaluation procedure of the teaching peer review of the University of British Columbia,Canada,we propose ways to strengthen the teaching peer review of Chinese colleges path:Improve the evaluation management organization,strengthen the construction of peer review team;standardize the peer review process,soften the peer review teaching index system;improve the peer review method,and implement the teaching academic review guide.
