摘要
博士生分流作为一种重要的博士生教育质量保障手段,其理论研究滞后于政策与实践的发展。通过对博士生分流的相关概念、机制定位、政策赓衍与院校案例进行分析,揭示博士生分流的显著特征与现实问题,提出优化博士生分流的改善策略,具有一定的学理意义与现实价值。
As an important mean of quality assurance of doctoral education,the theoretical research of the diversion of doctoral students lags behind the development of its policy and practice.Based on the analysis of the related concepts,the orientation of the mechanism,policies and a case study,this paper reveals the significant characteristics and practical problems of the diversion of doctoral students,and puts forward improvement strategies for optimizing the diversion of doctoral students.It has certain theoretical significance and realistic value.
