摘要
导师作为研究生培养的第一责任人,其指导模式建设是提高研究生教育水平、保障研究生培养质量的重要措施。文章基于NVivo质性分析结果,构建了包含导师指导方式、指导形式、指导行为、导师指导功能及指导类型的三层结构模型,结合数学函数的映射关系对指导模式构成进行分析,并根据托马斯·塞蒂“1-9标度法”和李克特量表对不同导师指导模式的综合指导能力进行评价。结果表明,导师指导模式是一个动态发展的过程,而导师指导行为在指导模式中产生的影响最大;另外,当导师的学术心态为奋斗拼搏型、导师指导形式为团队型、师生互动行为为面对面互动、导师角色定位为合作式、导师指导风格为目标管理型时,该模式下的研究生导师综合指导能力最高。
Tutors are the first person in charge of postgraduate training,whose guidance model is an important measure to improve the level of postgraduate education and to ensure the quality of postgraduate training.Based on the results of NVivo’s qualitative analysis,the article constructs a three-layer model that includes the mentor’s guidance method,guidance form,guidance behavior,guidance function,and guidance type.It combines the mapping relationship of mathematical functions to analyze the composition of the guidance model.And according to Thomas S.Sai the“1-9 scale method”and the Likert scale,the comprehensive guidance ability of different mentor guidance models are evaluated.The results show that the mentor guidance model is a dynamic development process,and the mentor’s guidance behavior has the greatest impact on the mentoring model.In addition,when the mentor’s academic mentality is positive,the guidance form is team-based and management by objective,and the teacherinteracts with students facetoface and cooperates with them equally,the comprehensive guidance ability of postgraduate tutors is the most powerful.
