摘要
当前各高校增博扩硕势头强劲,研究生群体不断扩大。作为培养研究生的重要队伍,研究生辅导员却稍显“弱势”。一方面,专职研究生辅导员缺口较大且职业认同感不强;另一方面,兼职研究生辅导员为其他工作所束缚,在实际工作中常常“分身乏术”,在角色堆积所带来的影响教育教学质量的同时,也为其职业倦怠埋下伏笔。文章以扎根理论为研究方法,针对四类同时扮演两种不同教师角色的研究生辅导员,通过编码,还原研究生辅导员在角色认识、角色体验、角色期待等方面的理解,在形成了“排斥者”“观望者”“接受者”“悦纳者”等四类角色分类的情况下,提出研究生辅导员在角色发展中的未来路向。
At present,colleges and universities have a strong momentum in increasing the group of their doctors and masters.As an important team to cultivate them,however,postgraduate counselors are not able to play their role decently.On the one hand,there is a large gap of full-time postgraduate counselors and their professional identity is not strong.On the other hand,part-time postgraduate counselors are bound by other jobs,so they are often too busy to do their own work,which affects the quality of education and makes them feel fatigued due to the accumulation of roles.Based on the grounded theory,this paper aims at four types of postgraduate counselors who play two different roles at the same time.Through coding,this paper represents the understanding of postgraduate counselors in the aspects of role cognition,role experience and role expectation.Under the circumstance of forming four classifications of“repulsor”,“watcher”,“receiver”and“acceptor”,this paper tries to put forward the future direction of the role development of postgraduate counselors.
