课程思政在刑法教学中的实践探索

Practical Exploration of Ideological and Political Education in the Undergraduate Teaching of Criminal Law

在我国刑法学全面向德、日大陆法系刑法学“知识转型”背景下,课程思政在目前的刑法本科教学中存在诸多问题,突出表现在刑法的教学重“洋”不重“土”,讲“法”不讲“理”,求“刑”不求“德”。“德才兼备”始终是课程思政建设的核心目标。为此,应在刑法本科教学中明确树立“四面一体”的建设方向,切实采取“三向结合”的实践方法,从根本上实现立德树人的培养目标。

Under the background of the “knowledge transformation” of criminal law from China to Germany and Japan, there are many problems in the current undergraduate teaching of criminal law.The outstanding performance is that the teaching pays more attention to “foreign” than “native”,emphasizes “law” than “reason”,and seeks “punishment” instead of “morality”.The core goal of ideological and political education has always been the integrity of morality and ability.Therefore, we should clearly establish the construction direction of “four sides in one” in the undergraduate teaching of criminal law, and earnestly adopt the practical method of “three-way combination”,so as to fundamentally realize the training goal of establishing morality and cultivating person.
