摘要
我国建筑垃圾资源化水平较低,利用率只有5%左右,大量建筑垃圾无法及时消纳,造成了建筑垃圾的“围城”现象,带来了城市环境污染问题。文中通过剖析建筑垃圾产生的原因,在分析不同建造模式的基础上,提出了EPC模式能从源头上减少建筑垃圾的产生,并分析了各个环节建筑垃圾产生的原因,提出了EPC模式下建筑垃圾的减量化措施。
China’s construction waste resource utilization level is low, and the resource utilization rate is only about 5%, a large number of construction waste cannot be absorbed in time, resulting in the construction waste "siege" phenomenon, bringing the problem of urban environmental pollution. By analyzing the causes of construction waste, it is pointed out that reducing the generation of construction waste from the source is the fundamental control of construction waste. Based on the analysis of different construction modes EPC mode can reduce the generation of construction waste from the source. Based on the analysis of the causes of construction waste in each link, the reduction measures of construction waste in EPC mode are put forward.
