气化渣砂对砂浆性能的影响

摘要 研究采用气化渣替代天然砂,测试了气化渣砂替代率分别为0、20%、40%、60%、80%和100%的M5、M10、M15、M20、M25和M30六种不同强度等级砂浆新拌阶段的密度、保水性、分层度和硬化后抗压强度。结果表明:同一气化渣砂替代率条件下不同强度等级的砂浆表观密度近似。不同强度等级砂浆密度随气化渣掺量提高不断增大,并且近似线性关系。气化渣替代天然砂对砂浆分层度影响不大,气化渣砂替代率越高,砂浆保水效果越好。当砂浆等级低于M20,气化渣砂对砂浆抗压强度影响不大,气化渣可以100%取代天然砂。当砂浆强度等级大于等于M20,气化渣掺量不宜超过60%。 The density, water retention, delamination and post-hardening compressive strength of M5, M10, M15, M20, M25 and M30mortar with different strength grades of M5, M10, M15, M20, M25 and M30 mortar with replacement rates of 0, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%and 100% respectively were tested. The results show that the apparent density of mortar with different strength grades is similar under the same gasification slag and sand replacement rate. The density of mortar of different strength grade increases with the increase of gasification slag content, and the relationship is approximately linear. The substitution of gasification slag for natural sand has little effect on mortar delamination, and the higher the substitution rate of gasification slag sand is, the better the water retention effect of mortar is. When the mortar grade is lower than M20, the effect of gasification slag sand on the compressive strength of mortar is little, and the gasification slag can replace the natural sand 100%. When mortar strength grade is greater than or equal to M20, gasification slag content should not exceed 60%.
