粉煤灰喷射混凝土的最优掺量研究

Study on the Optimum Dosage of Fly Ash Shotcrete

喷射混凝土是隧道衬砌处理中极为重要的材料之一,不同掺量粉煤灰的喷射混凝土研究对于隧道施工具有重要的意义。在其他条件相同的情况下,对不同掺量粉煤灰喷射混凝土进行力学试验,得出对应的的试验数值。结果表明,从抗压强度性能来看,掺量为6%的粉煤灰最优。

Shotcrete is a very important material in tunnel lining treatment. Research on shotcrete with different fly ash content is of great significance for tunnel construction. Concrete with different fly ash content is studied. Under the same other conditions, mechanical tests are carried out on shotcrete with different fly ash content, and experimental values of shotcrete with different fly ash content are obtained. The results show that 6% fly ash is the best value in terms of compressive strength.
