文中针对外窗渗漏隐患及整改问题,介绍了外窗淋水试验的方法,并结合案例,分析了现场淋水试验在施工中进行渗漏自我监测的重要性,探究了外窗渗漏的主要成因,提出了住宅工程外窗渗漏的防治管理措施。

In view of the hidden dangers and rectification problems of external window leakage, this paper introduces the method of external window drenching test, analyzes the importance of on-site drenching test in self-monitoring of leakage in construction, probes into the main causes of external window leakage, and puts forward the prevention and management measures of external window leakage in residential engineering.
