老旧小区改造常见结构问题探讨

On Structural Design Optimization of High-rise Buildings

文中对老旧小区改造中存在的建筑结构鉴定、加固、住宅加装电梯结构设计、地基处理及楼板裂缝修补等常见结构问题进行了探讨,并结合合肥某老旧小区工程实例提出了相应的解决措施。

This paper takes an old residential community in Hefei as an example,discussing the common problems of structural design of renovation of old residential communities from the aspects of appraisal and reinforcement design of existing buildings, structural design and ground treatment of adding residential elevators, repairs of floor cracks,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.
