摘要
太原市迎泽大街下穿火车站通道建设工程是在超浅埋深的条件下进行下穿特等火车站作业,最浅埋深仅2.7m,由于太原火车站经历多次站改,地下障碍物较多,超浅埋小型顶管机的掘进对地面沉降影响较大,如果掘进过程中顶进方向控制不到位,会对土体造成较大扰动,加大地面沉降,故钢管顶进及纠偏技术在施工中至关重要。文中结合太原下穿火车站工程,阐述了超浅埋顶管的施工工序及纠偏技术,解决了地下复杂地层障碍物处理这一关键技术难题,为今后类似超浅埋下穿工程提供参考。
The construction project of Yingze Street under the railway station tunnel in Taiyuan City is under the condition of ultra-shallow burial depth, and it runs through the special railway station. The shallowest burial depth is only 2.7m. Since Taiyuan Railway Station has undergone many station changes, underground obstacles numerous. The tunneling of the ultra-shallow small pipe jacking machine has a great influence on the ground settlement. If the jacking direction is not properly controlled during the tunneling process, it will cause greater disturbance to the soil, increase the ground settlement, and the steel pipe jacking and correction become the key technology for construction.Combined with the Taiyuan underpass railway station project, this article describes the construction process and deviation correction technology of ultra-shallow buried pipe,, solves the key technical problem of complex underground strata obstacle treatment, and provides a reference for similar ultra-shallow buried underpass projects in the future.
