摘要 绍兴S308省道二环西路二环北立交小半径匝道高架桥梁施工时,应用了重型贝雷梁组合梁式钢栈桥为临时施工通道。文中结合工程水文地质情况,通过施工技术方案研讨与比选,确定了钢栈桥施工技术措施,并以该工程为例,分析了重型钢栈桥的整体结构、承重设计、桥面设计等,深入探讨了钢管桩插打、理论入土深度、钢管桩模拟静载试验、运行过程监测维护,总结了施工经验,可为后续类似工程参考。 In the construction of small radius ramp viaduct of Shaoxing S308 provincial Road, Second ring West Road, second ring north,the heavy-duty bailey beam composite beam steel trestle bridge is used as temporary construction channel. Combined with the engineering hydrogeological conditions, through the discussion and comparison of construction technical schemes, this paper determines the construction technical measures of steel trestle. Taking the project as an example, this paper analyzes the overall structure, bearing design and bridge deck design of heavy steel trestle, deeply discusses the insertion and driving of steel pipe pile, theoretical soil depth, simulated static load test of steel pipe pile, monitoring and maintenance of operation process, and summarizes the construction experience, which can be used as a reference for subsequent similar projects.
