文中结合工作实践对北京市老旧小区改造的瓶颈及应对策略进行分析,为促进北京市老旧小区改造提供参考借鉴。

Combined with work practice, this paper analyzes the bottlenecks and Countermeasures of the transformation of old residential areas in Beijing, so as to provide reference for promoting the transformation of old residential areas in Beijing.
