高速公路海外项目风险分析及策略研究

海外施工项目受多种因素影响,面临的风险更加复杂,对其进行有效分析是确保项目顺利推进的关键。文中对高速公路海外项目风险及策略进行研究,分别对项目施工、社会文化以及汇率波动带来的风险进行分析,并从外部环境和内部环境两个方面,提出优化海外高速公路项目风险管控外部环境,以及提升企业自身项目风险管控能力的风险管控策略,通过实例分析可知,应用文中设计的高速公路海外项目风险管控策略后,高速公路海外项目风险值得到了有效降低,最低仅为0.21,证明风险管控效果得到了明显改善。

Overseas construction projects are affected by various factors in recent years, and the risks are more complex. Effective analysis is the key to ensure the smooth progress of the project. In this case, in order to better handle the risks of overseas expressway projects,this paper studies the overseas expressway project risks and strategies. Analyze the risks caused by project construction, social culture and exchange rate fluctuations respectively. From the two aspects of external environment and internal environment, it is proposed to optimize the external environment risks management and control strategies of overseas expressway projects, and enhance the risk control and control strategies of enterprises’ own project risk management and control capabilities in these two aspects. In order to provide some help for the smooth implementation of overseas expressway projects through this research.
