摘要
文中对IPD模式、利益相关组织的理论知识进行了阐述,结合文献分析法和问卷调查法,识别确定了IPD利益相关组织绩效评价指标,包括4个一级指标和16个二级指标,利用因子分析法构建IPD利益相关组织绩效评价指标体系,为IPD模式下的利益相关组织绩效考核机制的建立提供理论依据。
This paper expounds the IPD model and the theoretical knowledge of interest-related organizations. Combined with the literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method, the performance evaluation indicators of IPD interest-related organizations are identified and determined, including 4 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators. Then, the factor analysis method is used to construct the performance evaluation index system of IPD interest-related organizations, which provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of the performance appraisal mechanism of interest-related organizations under the IPD model.
