有色废弃棉织物在[Bmim]Cl/DMSO中的溶解与再生 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统有色废弃棉织物回收过程中剥色再染色工艺复杂、能源消耗大等问题,采用[Bmim]Cl/DMSO溶剂对有色废弃棉织物进行有色回收。对有色棉织物进行酸、碱预处理,研究预处理浓度、时间和温度对织物聚合度和颜色的影响。结果表明,酸预处理可有效控制棉织物的聚合度,染色棉织物的颜色保留程度高。利用[Bmim]Cl/DMSO溶剂溶解有色棉织物,通过偏光显微镜观察棉纤维的溶解情况,凝固后制备有色再生纤维素膜。采用红外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电镜和万能材料试验机对再生纤维素膜的结构和性能进行表征,发现该体系可将染料颜色保留在再生制品内部,同时,残留的染料没有影响棉纤维的溶解及再生纤维素膜的结构和性能。 [Bmim]Cl/DMSO solvent is used to solve the problems of complex stripping and re-dyeing process as well as large energy consumption in the traditional recycle of colored waste cotton fabrics.Acid and alkali pretreatments are carried out on the colored cotton fabrics,and the effects of pretreatment concentration,time and temperature on the degree of polymerization and color of fabrics are investigated.The results show that acid pretreatment could effectively control the degree of polymerization of cotton fabrics,meanwhile the color retention of dyed cotton fabrics is high.[Bmim]Cl/DMSO solvent is adopted to dissolve colored cotton fabric,and colored regenerated cellulose membranes are prepared after coagulation.The dissolution process of cotton fibers,the structure and properties of the regenerated cellulose membranes are characterized by polarizing microscope,FTIR,XRD,SEM and universal material testing machine.It is found that the system could retain the dye color inside the recycled product.At the same time,the residual dyes do not affect the dissolution of cotton fiber,as well as the structure and properties of the regenerated cellulose film,which could provide a possibility for the direct recovery of colored waste cotton fabric.
