摘要
为了评价洛阳市洪水风险,需要对洪水过程进行分析研究。洛阳市暴雨洪水分析计算包括市区内河洪水演进计算、市区地表洪水演进计算和地下管网排水计算等。基于水动力学模型,市区内河洪水演进计算采用一维模型、市区地表洪水演进采用二维模型、地下管网采用地下一维管网模型。通过对不同计算方案的暴雨洪水进行分析,得到了不同工况下的淹没趋势、主要淹没路段及典型淹没区流场。结果表明:模型能较好地模拟洪水演进过程。该结论可为城区洪水风险分析及洪水预案编制提供技术支撑。
In order to evaluate the flood risk in Luoyang City,it is necessary to analyze and study the flood process.The analysis and calculation of rainstorm and flood in Luoyang City includes the calculation of the evolution of urban inland river floods,the calculation of urban surface flood evolution,and the calculation of underground pipe network drainage.Based on the hydrodynamic model,the one-dimensional model is used for the calculation of the flood evolution of the urban inland river,the two-dimensional model is used for the evolution of the urban surface flood,and the underground one-dimensional pipe network model is used for the underground pipe network.By analyzing the rainstorm and flood of different calculation schemes,the inundation trend,main submerged road section and typical submerged area flow field under different working conditions are obtained.The results show that the model can simulate the flood evolution process well.This conclusion can provide technical support for urban flood risk analysis and flood planning.
