摘要
干扰素调节因子4(IRF4)在多种免疫细胞中表达并参与调节多种免疫反应。IRF4与机体多种慢性炎性疾病以及呼吸道过敏性疾病相关,抑制IRF4的表达或功能,可以达到减轻或延缓疾病发生发展的作用。研究IRF4在慢性鼻病和气道过敏性疾病中的作用与机制有助于为疾病治疗提供新思路。
Interferon regulatory factor 4(IRF4)is expressed in a variety of immune cells and participates in the regulation of a variety of immune responses.IRF4 is related to a variety of chronic inflammatory diseases and respiratory allergic diseases.Inhibiting the expression or the function of IRF4 can reduce or delay the occurrence and development of the disease.Studying the role and mechanism of IRF4 in chronic rhinopathy and airway allergic diseases will help provide new strategies for disease treatment.
