实践育人是应用型本科高校提高人才培养质量的重要抓手,在推动实践育人工作中,存在育人理念认识不清、课程实践环节设置不合理、资源整合不充分等问题。因此,在推动高校实践育人工作中,需要科学规划具体路径体系,以学生为主体,构建实践育人新格局;以市场需求为导向,优化课程资源体系;以协同育人为目标,完善实践育人运行机制。

Practical education is an important starting point for applied universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation.In the promotion of practical education,there are problems such as unclear understanding of educational concepts,unreasonable design of practical sections of courses,and insufficient resource integration,etc.Therefore,in promoting the practical education of universities,it is necessary to scientifically plan the specific path system with students as the main body to build a new pattern of practical education,optimize the curriculum resource system with market demand as the guide and improve the operating mechanism of practical education with collaborative education as the goal.
