摘要
芳纶云母纸轻质、柔软、耐温、绝缘性能优异,被广泛用于变频电机、特种变压器等电气设备.本文以白云母配料,间位芳纶短切纤维、沉析纤维为骨架和粘结纤维制备了芳纶云母纸.研究了纤维配比、分散剂用量、云母含量、云母粒径等浆料参数对芳纶云母纸力学性能、绝缘性能的影响.结果表明,芳纶云母纸制备最佳浆料参数为:沉析纤维和短切纤维质量比为7∶3、分散剂PEO添加量为0.5 wt%、云母质量分数50 wt%、云母粒径在120~150μm.
With soft-touch,lightweight,excellent temperature resistance and insulating performance,aramid mica paper is widely used in special motors,transformers and other electrical equipments.In this paper,aramid mica paper was prepared by using white mica,meta-aramid chopped fiber and meta-aramid fibrid as skeleton and bonding components respectively.The effects of aramid fibers ratio,dispersant dosage,mica content and mica particle size on mechanical properties,insulating properties,micro-structure and temperature resistance of paper were studied.The results showed that the optimal process parameters were as follows:the mass ratio of fibrid to chopped fiber was 7∶3,the amount of PEO was 0.5 wt%,the mass fraction of mica was 50 wt%,and the size of mica was 120~150μm.
