论油气田企业实验室创新发展--以中国石油西南油气田为例

Innovative development of laboratory in oil and gas companies:An example from PetroChina Southwest Oil&Gasfield Company

全球油气公司目前达成了“低成本、高质量”发展的共识,国家能源局在《2020年能源工作指导意见》中指出“坚持以清洁低碳为发展目标”,油气行业面临低油价和清洁化、去碳化的双重挑战,越来越需要技术创新和管理创新打开日益复杂的局面。为了充分运用实验室的研究成果,提升技术创新能力,加强基础研究,努力取得重大原创性突破,以中国石油西南油气田为例,通过回溯该公司的发展历史,明确了实验室在油气田企业发展过程中的重要作用,并提出相关创新发展与建议。油气田企业的实验室作为技术创新的主体,应该主动寻找突破点。研究结果表明:油气企业需加大实验室建设与运行的投入,正视制约实验室发展的客观问题,明确实验室探索未知领域的主体力量身份,坚定信心依靠实验室实现科技创新,在能源科技创新和生产减碳化等方面持续攻关与探索,在从资源为王向技术为王、从高碳化石向低碳无碳的“两大转变”的世界能源发展关键时期中占得先机。

Global oil and gas companies have already reached consensus on the low-cost and high-quality develop⁃ment.To adhere to the goal of clean and low-carbon development was proposed in the 2020 Guidance on Ener⁃gy Work by the National Energy Administration.Oil and gas industry also faces dual challenges of low oil price and cleaning&decarbonization.Thus,it is more and more necessary to take advantage of technology and management innovation to deal with increasingly complex situation.In order to make full use of laboratory re⁃search results,enhance an ability of technology innovation,strengthen basic research,and strive to make signifi⁃cant original breakthrough,PetroChina Southwest Oil&Gasfield Company was taken as an example to analyze the important role of laboratory in the company development process after reviewing its development history.In addition,relevant innovation and suggestions were put forward.As the main body of technology innovation in the oil and gas companies,the laboratory shall actively search for breakthrough points.Results show that the compa⁃ny shall enlarge the investment in laboratory construction and operation,face up to the objective problems re⁃stricting laboratory development,define the main identity of laboratory in exploring unknown domains,insist on re⁃alizing the science and technology innovation depending on laboratory research,carry out continuous research from some aspects of energy science and technology innovation as well as production decarbonization,pioneer in the key development period of world energy,and transform from putting the resource first to the technology first and from high-carbon fossil to low-carbon or even no-carbon energy.
