针灸治疗高血压疗效评价及机制初步探讨

Preliminary discussion of acupuncture therapy effect and mechanism in hypertension patients

目的研究针灸运用于高血压中的价值。方法选择我院2020年7月至2021年4月纳入的94例高血压患者,随机分成两组各47例,A组实施针灸,Z组提供常规西医治疗,比较两组治疗结果。结果A组总有效率高于Z组(P<0.05)。干预前两组血压相比无意义(P>0.05),干预后A组收缩压、舒张压低于Z组(P<0.05)。A组不良反应发生率与Z组相比无意义(P>0.05)。干预前两组症状积分相比无意义(P>0.05),干预后A组积分均低于Z组(P<0.05)。干预前两组生活质量(QOL)评分相比无意义(P>0.05),干预后A组评分均高出Z组(P<0.05)。结论针灸的效果显著,不仅能够控制血压,同时减轻症状,不良反应少,提升生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical value of acupuncture therapy which application in hypertension patients.Methods 94 hypertension patients treated from July 2020 to April 2021 in our hospital were selected.According to random number table,patients were divided into group A(n=47,acupuncture therapy)and group Z(n=47,western medicine).Therapeutic effects were studied.Results The total effective rate was 89.36%in group A was higher than 72.34%in group Z(P<0.05).The blood pressure between groups there were no statistical significantly differences before therapy(P>0.05).After therapy,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in group A there were significantly lower than group Z(P<0.05).The adverse event rate was 8.51%in group A and 6.38%in group Z,and there were no statistical significantly differences(P>0.05).Before therapy,clinical symptom scores and clinical symquality of life(QOL)scores between in two groups there were no statistical significantly differences(P>0.05).After therapy,clinical symptom scores and clinical symquality of life(QOL)there were statistical significantly differences between in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture therapy can control the blood pressure,reduce the clinical symptoms and adverse reactions,and increase the patient's quality of life.
