酵母水解物是一种营养价值高、诱食性强的绿色饲料添加剂,具有良好的促生长、增强免疫、抗氧化、保护肠道等生物学功能,在猪生产中得到了广泛的应用。本文对酵母水解物的生物学功能、畜禽养殖中酵母水解物的主要来源及酵母水解物在猪生产中的应用进行整理分析,以期为酵母水解物在猪生产中的深入研究和开发应用提供参考。

Yeast hydrolysate is a green feed additive with high nutritional value and strong feed attractiveness,has many biological functions such as improving growth performance,enhancing immune,antioxidant and protecting gut health,which has been widely used in pig production. This article sorts out the biological functions of yeast hydrolysate,main sources of yeast hydrolysate in animal feeding and application of yeast hydrolysate in pig production,which might provide theoretical references for in-depth research,development and application on yeast hydrolysate.
