摘要
为了评价8种常用粗饲料(稻草、甘蔗梢青贮、全株玉米青贮、甜脆玉米青贮、王草、象草、苜蓿干草、燕麦草)在奶水牛瘤胃中的降解特性,本试验用概略养分分析法测定8种粗饲料干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、粗蛋白质(CP)含量,范式纤维分析法测定中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量;并选取3头安装有永久瘤胃瘘管的杂交奶水牛作为试验动物,通过尼龙袋法测定8种粗饲料的DM、CP、NDF和ADF的瘤胃有效降解率和降解参数。结果表明:1)苜蓿干草的CP含量显著高于其他粗饲料(P<0.05),NDF含量显著低于其他粗饲料(P <0.05)。甜脆玉米青贮的ADF含量最低,显著低于其他粗饲料(P<0.05)。稻草的CP含量显著低于其他粗饲料(P<0.05),NDF含量显著高于其他粗饲料(甘蔗梢青贮除外)(P<0.05)。2)DM有效降解率顺序由高到低依次为甜脆玉米青贮>苜蓿干草>全株玉米青贮>燕麦草>象草>甘蔗梢青贮>王草>稻草,各粗饲料之间均差异显著(P<0.05)。苜蓿干草的CP有效降解率显著高于其余粗饲料(P<0.05);稻草的CP有效降解率显著低于其他粗饲料(P<0.05)。甜脆玉米青贮的NDF和ADF有效降解率最高,显著高于部分粗饲料(P<0.05)。甘蔗梢青贮的ADF有效降解率显著低于其他粗饲料(P<0.05)。综上可知,甜脆玉米青贮在奶水牛瘤胃中降解特性最好,饲喂价值最高,稻草、甘蔗梢的可利用价值最低。
In order to evaluate eight common used roughages(rice straw,sugarcane shoot silage,whole corn silage,sweet-crisp corn silage,king grass,elephant grass,alfalfa hay and oat straw)degradation characteristics in the rumen of dairy buffaloes,this experiment was conducted to determine the dry matter(DM),organic matter(OM)and crude protein(CP)contents of roughages using feed proximate analysis,and their neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)contents were determined by the Van Soest fibre analysis method,and select three crossbred dairy buffaloes fitted with permanent ruminal fistulae as test animals to determine the rumen degradation rate and degradation parameters of DM,CP,NDF and ADF of eight roughages by nylon bag technique. The results showed as follows:1)the CP content in alfalfa hay was significantly higher than that in other roughages(P<0.05),and the NDF content was significantly lower than that in other roughages(P<0.05). The ADF content in sweet-crisp corn silage was the lowest,and significantly lower than that in other roughages(P < 0. 05). The CP content in rice straw was significantly lower than that in other roughages(P<0.05),and the NDF content was significantly higher than that in other roughages(expect for sugarcane shoot silage)(P<0.05). 2)The effective degradation rate of DM was in the order of sweet and crisp corn silage>alfalfa hay>whole corn silage>oat straw>elephant grass>sugarcane shoot silage>king grass>rice straw,with significant differences among the roughages(P<0.05). The CP effective degradability of rice straw was significantly lower than that of the other roughages(P<0.05). The NDF and ADF effective degradability of sweet-crisp corn silage were significantly higher than those of the part of roughages(P<0.05). The ADF effective degradability of sugarcane shoot silage was significantly lower than that of the other roughages(P<0.05). In conclusion,sweet-crisp corn silage has the best degradation characteristics and highest feeding value in the rumen of dairy buffaloes. Rice straw and sugarcane shoot silage have the lowest available value.
