摘要
乳腺癌是目前发病率最高的癌症之一,临床上大部分乳腺癌患者往往因发生远端转移而死亡。在转移这一复杂的级联反应过程中,转移前微环境(PMN)的形成近年来被认为在肿瘤发生远端转移过程中至关重要。原发部位的肿瘤通过分泌肿瘤来源的分泌因子(TDSF)、细胞外囊泡(EV)等至转移靶器官,从而改变靶器官的微环境以适应之后的肿瘤远端转移。乳腺癌是一种具有多器官转移倾向性的癌症,近年来,大量研究揭示了乳腺癌PMN形成机制,并表明抑制乳腺癌PMN的形成过程能够减少乳腺癌转移。中医药多靶点,多成分的作用特点目前已被报道可以有效干预PMN形成。该文综述了乳腺癌肺PMN形成的机制以及中医药干预的相关研究进展。
Breast cancer is currently one of the cancers with the highest incidence.Clinically,most breast cancer patients often die due to distant metastasis.In the complex cascade of metastasis,the formation of the pre-metastasis niche(PMN)has been considered to be crucial in the process of distant metastasis of tumors in recent years.Tumors at the primary site secrete tumor-derived secretory factors(TDSF),extracellular vesicles(EV)and so on to metastasize target organs,thereby changing the microenvironment of the target organs to adapt to the subsequent distant metastasis of the tumor.Breast cancer is a kind of cancer with multiple organ metastasis tendency.In recent years,a large number of studies have revealed the mechanism of the breast cancer pre-metastatic niche,showing that inhibiting the PMN can reduce breast cancer metastasis.The multi-target and multi-component features of traditional Chinese medicine have been reported to effectively interfere with the formation of PMN.This review summarizes the breast cancer′s mechanism of lung pre-metastatic niche formation and traditional Chinese medicine intervention.
