摘要
采用浸渍法制备催化剂,考察催化剂用量、反应管内径、反应温度、甲烷流速及反应时间对甲烷催化裂解制氢及碳纳米管性能的影响。结果表明,适宜的操作条件:催化剂为0.2000 g,反应内径为10 mm,反应温度为700℃,甲烷流速为20 mL/min,反应时间为4 h。在此条件下,产物CNTs的量为2.67 g,甲烷转化率为18.9%。
The catalysts were prepared by impregnation method.The effects of catalyst amount,inner diameter of reaction tube,reaction temperature,methane flow rate and reaction time on the catalytic cracking of methane to produce hydrogen and carbon nanotubes properties were investigated.The results showed that the optimum operating conditions were obtained as follows:catalyst 0.2000 g,reaction inner diameter 10 mm,reaction temperature 700℃,methane flow rate 20 mL/min,reaction time 4 h.Under these conditions,the amount of CNTs was 2.67 g and the conversion of methane was 18.9%.
