微波法制备MOFs的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 通过对目前国内外合成MOFs方法的系统分析,发现水热溶剂热法、粉末MOFs沉淀法等方法存在重复性差、产品质量低、反应时间长等缺点,而微波法不仅能在短时间内生成MOFs,而且具有高孔隙率、孔道规则、拓扑结构多样性等优点,综合分析了国内外对MOFs研究现状,发现微波反应时间、温度、溶剂的选择以及溶剂的含量对MOFs的形貌、孔径、颗粒的均匀性等有很大的影响,列举了微波法制备的MOFs材料在催化、吸附、电导材料等领域的应用,从绿色高效生产的角度对微波法制备MOFs材料做了进一步展望。 In recent years,due to the many excellent properties of metal organic framework MOFs materials have attracted the attention of many researchers,this article introduces the use of microwave methods to prepare MOFs materials,and explores the influencing factors of microwave methods to prepare MOFs materials.The application of MOFs materials in the fields of catalysis,adsorption,etc.Finally,further prospects for the preparation of MOFs by microwave method are given from the perspective of green and efficient production.
