从心脾相关理论辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎

Differentiation and Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis from the Theory of Heart and Spleen

慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)是炎-癌转化过程中的重要病理阶段,CAG的发生与心、脾功能失调密切相关。心脾相关理论提示心、脾二脏可通过经络相通,存在母子相依、气血互生关系,同时在病理机制上相互制约。CAG发病特点本虚标实,本虚主要为脾胃亏虚,心火乘脾、情志失调为发病的重要病机,故CAG的临床辨治应相参心脾相关理论,重视补虚固本、清心养胃、调畅情志等治疗原则的应用。

Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is an important pathological stage in the process of inflammation-cancer transformation.The occurrence of CAG is closely related to the dysfunction of heart and spleen.The related theory of heart and spleen suggests that the two internal organs of heart and spleen can communicate with each other through meridians,there is a relationship between mother and son,mutual growth of qi and blood,and restrict each other in pathological mechanism.The main pathogenesis of CAG is deficiency of spleen and stomach,and heart fire multiplying spleen and emotional disorder are the important pathogenesis of the disease.Therefore,the clinical differentiation and treatment of CAG should be related to the theory of heart and spleen,and pay attention to the application of therapeutic principles such as tonifying deficiency and strengthening foundation,clearing heart and nourishing stomach,regulating smooth emotion and so on.
