纳洛酮联合大黄解毒汤治疗急性重症有机磷中毒疗效探析

Clinical Efficacy of Naloxone Combined with Dahuang Jiedu Decoction(大黄解毒汤)in Emergency Treatment of Acute Severe Organophosphorus Poisoning

目的探讨纳洛酮联合大黄解毒汤急诊治疗急性重症有机磷中毒的应用效果。方法选择2018年6月—2021年6月医院收治的80例急性重症有机磷中毒患者,随机分成两组,分别给予单纯纳洛酮治疗(对照组)和纳洛酮联合大黄解毒汤急诊治疗(观察组),观察两组总有效率,治疗前后炎性因子水平、肾脏功能水平及并发症、满意度。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组治疗后C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平明显降低,观察组上均低于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组治疗后尿蛋白定量、尿素氮、肌酐明显改善,观察组均优于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);观察组并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总体满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纳洛酮联合大黄解毒汤急诊治疗急性重症有机磷中毒,可有效促进患者症状恢复,改善其炎性反应和肾脏功能损害,提高患者临床疗效,有助于提升其生活质量,同时还能减少并发症率,提高患者满意度,促使其尽快恢复。与单纯纳洛酮治疗相比,联合药物治疗的疗效更佳,且安全性更高。

Objective To explore the effect of naloxone combined with Dahuang Jiedu Decoction(大黄解毒汤)in the emergency treatment of acute severe organophosphorus poisoning.Methods 80 patients with acute severe organophosphorus poisoning treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.They were treated with naloxone alone(control group)and naloxone combined with Dahuang Jiedu Decoction(observation group).The curative effects of the two groups were observed,the levels of inflammatory factors,changes of renal function level complication rate and patient satisfaction after treatment.Results the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CRP,IL-6 and IL-10 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the quantitative urinary protein,urea nitrogen and creatinine in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the overall satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion naloxone combined with Dahuang Jiedu Decoction in the emergency treatment of acute severe organophosphorus poisoning can effectively promote the recovery of patients'symptoms,improve their inflammatory reaction and renal function damage,improve the clinical curative effect,help to improve their quality of life,reduce the complication rate,improve patients'satisfaction and promote their recovery as soon as possible.Compared with naloxone alone,combined drug therapy has better curative effect,higher safety.
