中药熏蒸联合穴位按摩对乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的干预效果

Effect of Chinese Herbal Fumigation Combined with Acupoint Massage on Upper Limb Lymphedema after Breast Cancer Operation

目的探讨中药熏蒸联合穴位按摩对乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的干预效果。方法将医院2018年9月—2019年7月收治乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者156例,根据干预方法不同分为观察组和对照组各78例。对照组在常规护理基础上给予穴位按摩,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药熏蒸,两组均干预4周。结果干预后,观察组总效率94.87%(74/78),高于对照组的79.49%(62/78),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、上肢症状、日常社会功能、上肢活动功能评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药熏蒸联合穴位按摩能够提高乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿干预效果,减轻疼痛,改善患者上肢节功能,有益于术后康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with acupoint massage on upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation.Methods 156 patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery in our department from September 2018 to July 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different intervention methods,78 cases in each group.The control group was given acupoint massage on the basis of routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 4 weeks.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 94.87%(74/78),higher than 79.49%(62/78)of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the VAS score,upper limb symptoms,daily social function and upper limb activity function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Herbal fumigation combined with acupoint massage can improve the intervention effect of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation,relieve pain and improve upper extremity function,and is beneficial to postoperative rehabilitation.
