摘要
目的探讨银丹心脑通软胶囊对急性心肌梗死冠脉介入术(PCI)后患者心脏功能和血脂的影响。方法选择2019年9月—2020年3月在郑州人民医院和河南省职工医院就诊的急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者74例,分为观察组和对照组各37例。对照组按常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上给予口服银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗,治疗后比较两组心脏功能及血脂水平。结果治疗后,观察组左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组;总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组,血浆氨基末端脑肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊能改善急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者心脏功能,调节血脂水平,并一定程度上抑制心室重塑。
Objective To investigate the effect of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule(银丹心脑通软胶囊)on cardiac function and blood lipid in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 74 patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI in Zhengzhou Peoples Hospital and Heran Staff Hospital from September 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,37 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule on the basis of the control group.After 2 months of treatment,the cardiac function and blood lipid index levels of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,LVEDV,LVESV,TC,TG,LDL-C and NT-proBNP of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,LVEF and HDL-C of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule can improve cardiac function,regulate blood lipid level and inhibit ventricular remodeling in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.
